Intelcom Tracking (now Dragonfly): Track Your Canada Parcel

July 10, 2026

Amazon says Intelcom delivered your parcel, but it’s not at your door — and the courier is now called Dragonfly, which only adds to the confusion. It’s the same company, and there’s usually a delivery photo that shows where it was left. Here’s how to track your Intelcom parcel and find it, all in one app.

Intelcom is now Dragonfly

If your tracking or emails mention Dragonfly instead of Intelcom, it’s the same courier — Intelcom rebranded to Dragonfly Shipping. Your existing tracking number still works, so there’s nothing new to look up.

Where to find your Intelcom tracking number

Your tracking number is on the merchant’s website and in the shipping confirmation email. For Amazon orders, it’s under Your Orders. The format is letters followed by numbers, for example DRNFLY1234567.

What is Intelcom / Dragonfly?

Intelcom, now Dragonfly, is one of Canada’s largest last-mile couriers and a major delivery partner for Amazon Canada and other online stores. It delivers seven days a week with evening windows, which is why a parcel can arrive late in the day or on a weekend.

Delivered but not there? Check the delivery photo first

Intelcom / Dragonfly usually takes a photo when it drops your parcel, and drivers often tuck it out of sight to deter theft. If tracking says delivered but you can’t see it:

  1. Open the delivery photo in your confirmation email — it shows exactly where the parcel was left.
  2. Check behind planters, furniture, side doors, the mailroom, and with anyone else at home.
  3. Still missing? Call Dragonfly at 1-833-622-1570 with your tracking number.

Intelcom tracking statuses explained

Status What it means
Order received Dragonfly has the shipment details but hasn’t scanned the parcel yet.
In transit / at facility The parcel is moving through the Dragonfly network.
Out for delivery On the van for today, usually with a “within 3 hours” alert.
Delivered Handed over or left in a safe spot, with a delivery photo.
Returned to warehouse No safe drop-off; it’ll be retried next business day.

Why your Intelcom tracking is not updating

  • Just inducted. A new parcel can take a while to show its first Dragonfly scan.
  • Evening delivery. Intelcom delivers as late as 10 p.m., so “out for delivery” can sit all day.
  • Weather or route conditions. Dragonfly notes these can delay updates and delivery.
  • Rural route. Remote addresses are scanned and served less often.

If it’s stuck, see package stuck in transit. If the number won’t load, here’s the fix: tracking number not working.

Intelcom / Dragonfly customer service

Call Dragonfly at 1-833-622-1570 (Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. ET, Sat–Sun 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. ET). Have your tracking number and the delivery photo ready. Note that Dragonfly doesn’t know a parcel’s contents or value, so claims for missing items usually go through the merchant.

It’s letters followed by numbers, for example DRNFLY1234567. You’ll find it on the merchant’s site and in the shipping confirmation email, or under Your Orders for Amazon.

Intelcom says delivered but I don’t have my package. What do I do?
