These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Package Tracker app for iPhone (the “App”) and the website packagetracking.app (the “Site”), operated by Toss it Online. By downloading, accessing, or using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Site.

The service

Package Tracker lets you track parcels from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and 1,700+ other carriers in one place. The App retrieves delivery information from carriers and third-party tracking providers and presents it to you. We do not ship, carry, or handle your packages, and we are not affiliated with the carriers whose data we display.

Accuracy of tracking information

Tracking data comes from carriers and external providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We provide this information “as is” and cannot guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or availability. For binding delivery information, always check directly with the carrier or seller.

Subscriptions, trials and payments

  • Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown in the App before purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App and Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.

Intellectual property

The App, the Site, and their content (excluding carrier names and trademarks, which belong to their respective owners) are owned by Toss it Online and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App and Site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toss it Online is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from delayed, missing, or inaccurate tracking information, lost or undelivered packages, or your reliance on the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App or Site means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
